In a bid to optimise and improve the quality of its services for the clients, Oribalt Vilnius is expanding the use of digital tools in its operations. This year saw the launch of an order tracking system to trace orders from corporate clients and partners.
Oribalt expanding its portfolio of digital tools
The purpose of the online order tracking system e-oribalt.com is to provide clients with an opportunity to track the status of their order themselves, from the purchase of the goods to the physical deliver to the client. Geared towards business partners, this system is safe and reliable and all of the data transferred are encrypted.
How this system works
Clients can access the system at http://e-oribalt.com and log into its system with their e-mail address and password. Following the input of the data, the system will redirect them to a new window with the complete information about the client, offering the option to change the password, turn e-mail notifications on and off, modify personal data.
The system works best with Google Chrome, FireFox, Edge, and Safari.
In the Products section, clients can see the full information about the product, its stock, and balance. If needed, all data can be easily exported to MS-Excel or copied to the clipboard.
The Track and Trace section is where clients can track the status of their orders and shipment information. The system is configured to display 4 phases of the order: created, shipped, delivered, and self-pickup. The Track and Trace sub-page also displays the shipment number that, when clicked, shows the location of the shipment in real time. When necessary, the system allows reviewing data that are more than 1 month old.
In the Invoices section, clients can view and download invoices issued to them for services provided.
The Reports -> Deliveries section contains all of the information related to the delivery.
The system will undergo improvement
In the words of Oribalt Vilnius’ Managing director Audrius Pivoras, the advent of this system has been pushed forward by the growing client base and the need for professional services. The possibilities that digital tools have to offer benefit the B2B sector a lot, facilitating the providing of services and boosting transparency at the same time.
He also added that the Track and Trace system would undergo improvement in the foreseeable future.
‘At the end of this year, we expect to launch system version 2, which will have additional system-critical functionalities. These updates will give the clients even more opportunities to track and trace the status of their orders and will facilitate day-to-day operations,’ says Audrius Pivoras.
