The company Oribalt Vilnius was founded in 1993 . UAB Oribalt Vilnius premises and processes comply with the requirements of Good Pharmacy Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Pharmacy Production Practice (GPPP). The company "Oribalt Vilnius” was founded in 1993 and for a long time belonged to a Finnish company “Oriola Oy” - one of the multinational corporations “Oriola-KD” divisions that conduct business in the Finnish and Swedish markets. In 2017 the corporation sold its business in the Baltic States to holding company  “Oribalt Group” registered in Latvia. UAB "Oribalt Vilnius", being one of the "Oribalt Group" companies have sister companies in Latvia (Riga) and Estonia (Tallinn, Saue). All group companies have pharmaceutical activity licenses, GDP, GMP and ISO certificates, manage own warehouses for storage of pharmaceutical products, supplying respective companies in different countries working in the health care sector. 

Pharmaceutical industry products from third parties is the cornerstone of "Oribalt Group” companies logistics business. In Lithuania, the company started its activities in 2003 and today such services are provided to numerous global pharmaceutical companies.

Wholesaling in the Baltic States, retailing of medicines online (in Latvia) and providing marketing and sales services of own branded products (mainly food supplements) are carried out. “Oribalt Group” sales in 2017 were worth 60 million euros, with 140 employees working in the group.
